1. About these General Terms and Conditions

The terms used in these T&Cs, "we", "us", "our" and "" refer to Sàrl, and the term "you" refers to the customer. reserves the right to modify its Terms and Conditions at any time and without notice by publishing a new version of the Terms and Conditions on its website. The new version cancels and replaces the existing version. Any order placed after the publication of a new version of the T&Cs constitutes acceptance of the new version. These GTC are written in French, then translated into German and English. In the event of a translation error, the French version shall prevail.

2. Acceptance of the conditions

You acknowledge that you have read, at the time of placing your order, the conditions set out on this page and expressly declare that you accept them without reservation. These terms of use govern the contractual relationship between you and, both parties accepting them without reservation.

3. Products

Images and/or photographs illustrating the products offered on do not fall within the scope of the contract. If errors are found, cannot be held liable under any circumstances. 4. Price

All our prices are expressed in Swiss Francs (CHF). The prices indicated do not include transport costs. The price invoiced to the customer is the price indicated on the order confirmation on which are displayed the transport costs and any discounts. The prices indicated on the order confirmation are binding, even in the event of a change between the order date and the delivery date of the goods. In the event of a price error on a product, reserves the right to modify this price by offering the customer the choice to cancel his order if the new price does not suit him.

5. Ordering

A firm order is placed when the customer presses the "Confirm Order" button on the confirmation page. By placing an order, you make us an offer to buy the products you have selected. 7. Shipping costs

Deliveries in Europe: CHF 60.00

For all orders over CHF 1500 delivered in Switzerland, delivery is free of charge.

8. Delivery and transport

The items are sent by Swiss Poste within approximately 5 to 8 days after receipt of the parts from our suppliers. does not deliver its parcels in post office boxes and does not deliver any goods to a minor clientele or under guardianship, unless authorized in writing by the parents or guardian.

Please note that for deliveries outside Switzerland, the delivery time may be longer, due to customs and transport formalities.

The customer has the possibility, if he wishes, to pick up his order himself at's head office

10. Retention of ownership

In the event that payment is agreed upon after receipt of the order, remains the owner of all goods delivered until full payment of the related invoice.

11. Damage, errors and problems during delivery

Any transport damage (e. g. damaged parcels) must be reported immediately to the carrier when the latter makes the delivery, failing which the customer assumes responsibility for any damage to the goods.

Any goods delivered in error or in excess must be returned immediately, or at the latest within 7 days. In case of non-return, the goods will be invoiced. does not assume any responsibility for the loss or theft of a package. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that his mailbox is secure or to inform his post office not to drop off packages when he is absent.

For side panels made entirely or partially of transparent plastic (acrylic), you are required to check within 24 hours the perfect condition of the panel(s). This material potentially deteriorates quickly, and you must immediately check its quality. No action will be taken on any quality report after this 24-hour period for this specific type of material.

12. Retraction

Goods in the categories "Desktop computers", "Watercooling computers" and "Package deals" cannot be taken back. Each item in these categories is unique, so your order is final and non-refundable.

13. Warranty

All products offered on are covered by a two (2) year warranty from the date of order.

For side panels made entirely or partially of transparent plastic (acrylic), you are required to check within 24 hours the perfect condition of the panel(s). This material potentially deteriorates quickly, and you must immediately check its quality. No action will be taken on any quality report after this 24-hour period for this specific type of material.

Damage due to improper maintenance, non-compliance with the operating instructions, or normal wear and tear is not covered.

It is the responsability of the customer to keep the box, in case the PC should be returned. Any shipping costs are to be borne by the customer.

In addition, any processor overclocked by loses its warranty. Any overclocking by you of the processor, RAM, graphics card or any other component causes the entire computer to lose its warranty.

14. Returns

For any return related to a delivery error, a defective product, etc. a return request is mandatory. All returns requests must be made by e-mail to contact[at] Returns are only accepted with original cardboard, manuals, cables, software, etc. If the customer no longer has the original packaging of the returned goods, he/she shall be responsible for any costs charged by the manufacturers.

Any damage or malfunctions must be reported to immediately after discovery, or at the latest within 5 calendar days of receipt of the products (the day of receipt counts as the first day). 15. Overclocking offers the possibility to overclock the processor, if possible. The success of such a process depends on many factors, each case being unique for each computer, which is why do not provide any guarantee for this service. will never exceed the limits recommended by the supplier, from any point of view.

By choosing to have us overcklocking your processor, you waive the warranty on the processor. By choosing the option "overclocking up to 4.5GHz" when purchasing, you understand and accept that each processor is unique and that cannot guarantee that a frequency equal to 4.5GHz is reached. By choosing the option "overclocking up to 5.0GHz", you understand and accept that each processor is unique and that cannot guarantee that a frequency equal to 5.0GHz is reached.

16. Live construction offers its customers an optional and free service that allows them to track the construction of their computer using a messaging tool such as Whatsapp or Signal. The client may, at his convenience, choose a schedule, with the following limits:

- Monday to Friday, between 10am and 4pm

- Saturday between 12pm and 4pm

Each construction session is interrupted by a 10-minute break every hour. The customer is free to stop the session and resume it later if he/she wishes, always within the limits indicated above.

In the event of an absolute impediment, reserves the right to postpone/cancel a construction request directly.

17. Our responsibility

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale determine all of our obligations and responsibilities.

We are not bound by any other warranty, condition or other provision, except those expressly mentioned in this contract.

Any warranty, obligation or other provision with respect to the products or services that may be implied or incorporated into this Agreement by law, case law or otherwise (including, without limitation, any implied conditions as to quality, fitness for any purpose and any duty of care) is expressly excluded by this provision. In particular, is not responsible for ensuring that the products are suitable for the use for which you intend them.

We shall not be liable under this contract for any loss of income, loss of profits, loss of contracts, loss of data or for any indirect or consequential loss or damage of any kind whatsoever resulting from or caused by any harmful act (including negligence), breach of contract or otherwise. Our total liability for any contractual or non-contractual fault (including negligence) or for any other cause shall in no event exceed the amount you owe us for the products or services in question.

We shall not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you as a result of our delay in performing any of our obligations or our failure to perform all or part of our obligations under the contract, if such delay or failure is due to circumstances beyond our control. 18. Data protection and privacy undertakes to comply with the provisions of the Federal Data Protection Act. All personal data provided by the customer are treated confidentially and will not be passed on to third parties under any circumstances. The customer has the possibility to modify his personal data at any time or to request their deletion.

19. Disputes

This contract is subject to Swiss law. In the event of a dispute, reserves the right to choose the court to be seized.

20. Other cases

For all other cases not covered by these terms and conditions of sale, the Swiss Code of Obligations applies.
